We offer continental US shipping with USPS Ground and FedEx. We do not currently ship outside the US for direct customers. If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you with a custom quote.
USPS Ground or FedEx
- 2-3 business days (East coast and Mid Atlantic states)
- 3-4 business days (Midwestern states and Southern states)
- 4-5 business days (Western states and West coast)
We understand that sometimes you need a few extra days to make decisions, so we’ll give you 10 days (extended to 30 days if purchased between Nov 15 - Dec 31) to contact us regarding a return of your tortugaliving.com order if you find any damages, defects, or disappointments. Eligible items can be exchanged for up to 30 days of receipt of merchandise value. Proof of purchase is required. Special order items and sample sale items are not eligible for return. If you wish to return an item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to $3.50, and you will be responsible for original delivery charges and return shipping. These fees are not applicable to damaged or defective items.
