SHIPPING

We offer continental US shipping with UPS Ground and FedEx.  We do not currently ship outside the US but hope to offer this soon. If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact info@tortugaliving.com and we can provide you with a custom quote.

UPS Ground or FedEx

  • 2-3 business days (East coast and Mid Atlantic states) 
  • 3-4 business days (Midwestern states and Southern states)
  • 4-5 business days (Western states and West coast)

 

RETURNS

At TORTUGA LIVING we want our products to bring you joy and have a lasting home inside your home. If you are not satisfied upon receiving your order, we will work with you as best we can to find a solution. 

We understand that sometimes you need a few extra days to make decisions, so we’ll give you 10 days to contact us regarding a return of your tortugaliving.com order if you find any damages, defects, or disappointments. Eligible items can be exchanged for up to 30 days of receipt of merchandise value. Proof of purchase is required. Special order items and sample sale items are not eligible for return. If you wish to return an item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to $3.50, and you will be responsible for original delivery charges and return shipping. These fees are not applicable to damaged or defective items.

    • Contact the team at customer@tortugaliving.com to initiate the return/exchange. Please include descriptions and photos of any damages or defects. Our team is mighty but small, please allow up to 3 days for a response.
    • Once approved, returns can be sent to:

    Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. TORTUGA LIVING reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer.

    TORTUGA products are flexible and we try to bring that notion to all parts of our company. With increased shipping and operational costs, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns at this time but have worked diligently to ensure these fees are as low as possible. Our customers are very important to us and we appreciate your understanding as we work to push the limits of design, functionality, and ease.
