Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We offer continental US shipping with USPS Ground and FedEx.  We do not currently ship outside the US for direct customers. If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact info@tortugaliving.com and we can provide you with a custom quote.

USPS Ground or FedEx

  • 2-3 business days (East coast and Mid Atlantic states) 
  • 3-4 business days (Midwestern states and Southern states)
  • 4-5 business days (Western states and West coast)

 

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you need extra time to make decisions, so we offer 10 days (extended to 30 days for purchases made between Nov 15 - Dec 31) to contact us regarding a return of your Tortuga Forma order if you find any damages, defects, or disappointments. Eligible items can be exchanged for up to 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Proof of purchase is required. Special order items and sample sale items are not eligible for return. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for original delivery charges and return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. With increased shipping and operational costs, we cannot offer free returns at this time but have worked diligently to ensure these fees are as low as possible.

  • Contact the team at customer@tortugaliving.com to initiate the return or exchange. Please include descriptions and photos of any damages or defects. Our team is mighty but small, please allow up to 3 days for a response.
  • Once approved, returns can be sent to:

    • Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects. Tortuga Forma reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer.
