The Kaolin serve platter is perfectly sized for the star dish of your dinner party. A whole steamed fish, roast chicken, or asparagus medley nestles perfectly in this 13" diameter piece. The platter is cast in solid porcelain, giving it a weightier presence on the table and a heavier feeling in the hand. Each platter was made with care by an artisan workshop in Vermont, using a custom porcelain clay mix. Dimensions: 13" D x 2" H.
Care for your Kaolin: Hand-wash only. The unglazed parts of the platter are susceptible to staining, so avoid serving beets, pomegranate, turmeric, and other highly pigmented foods in this piece.
