We are proud of our diverse network of production partners who are masters of their respective crafts. We produce across the world with workshops in the US, Portugal, Spain, China, and Japan.
At times, an idea for a product emerges from an inspired conversation with a designer. Other times, the material comes first and our next step is to identify the right person to realize its full potential. The common ingredient across all our products is an element of surprise: Whether it’s a hidden feature or secret compartment, or an unexpected color or shape, our catalog offers an inventive spin on the everyday.
Our furniture and objects draw from a diverse material library.The core materials we use include FSC certified wood, laminated plywood, ceramic, recycled rubber, stainless and painted steel, brass, concrete, and organic cotton.

Shipping and Returns
We’re happy to offer continental US shipping through USPS and FedEx, with the following estimated lead times.
East Coast and Mid-Atlantic states: 2-3 business days
Midwest and Southern states: 3-4 business days
West Coast and Western states: 4-5 business days
We don’t currently ship outside the US, except for wholesale customers. For a list of international stockists, click here.
We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt (or within 30 days of receipt for
items purchased between November 15-December 31). If you’ve missed this 10-day window, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receipt, year-round.
Please note that unless an item has arrived damaged, shipping costs are non-refundable. Special order and sample sale items cannot be returned.
Contact us at customer@tortugaliving.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if necessary. Our team is mighty but small, so kindly allow up to three days for a response.

Upon receipt of the item, the refund will be issued or the replacement items shipped. Tortuga Forma reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer. Thank you for your understanding.
